Grab your bestie or a group of your besties and join us! We are so excited to invite you to join us for our Amaryllis workshop in Bowling Green at SOKY Floral Exchange at 348 College Street, Unit 120 on Sat November 21st from 3-4pm.
A fun exciting holiday hands-on amaryllis experience! You'll make your own beautiful holiday amaryllis garden! You will learn how to force an amaryllis bulb to enjoy this season and get instructions on what you need to do to get it to rebloom next season. Make one for yourself (or a gift for a friend) or get that holiday gifting started by gifting the workshop to a friend.
The workshop includes one amaryllis bulb- which means over time there are 2-3 individual flower stalks with 3-4 blooms from each stalk. That's just from one big bulb. It also includes a gorgeous white ceramic vessel, soil to fill your vessel, choose from potted plants and other stems and holiday sticks to embellish your vessel and live moss to top it all off. You will have several colors of Amaryllis to choose from at the workshop. The bulbs will be in process of budding up. Although we cannot guarantee their bloom time for the holidays, we just know when they do bloom it will be quite a show! The Peruvian bulbs will bloom sooner and the Dutch bulbs will be later in winter-but both will bloom in the dark days of winter. The workshop is limited to 10 participants so sign up early to secure your spot!
